EJ EH HD HR Holden Courtesy Light Fader

Your interior light fades out softly, like a modern car.

Shut the door on an EJ, EH, HD or HR and the interior light snaps off the moment the door seal touches. This little module changes that. The light stays on while you settle in and find the ignition, then fades away gently instead of blinking out.

How it works

• Door opens — the light comes on straight away, full brightness.
• Door shuts — the light stays on for 8 seconds, then fades out softly over 5 seconds.
• Key on — the light fades out within 1 second, so it is never left glowing while you drive.

Wiring — five labelled wires

5 wires are labelled and are easy to connect.

• Maximum lamp load 40 watts — roughly four normal interior lights (a standard globe is 5 to 10 watts)
• Works with LED and incandescent globes
• Supplied with an inline 2 amp fuse
• 12 volt negative earth
• Tough ABS case — mounts with cable ties, no drilling
